The buyer pays shipping (unless free shipping is offered). If you are in convenient proximity to the Delaware Valley area (Philadelphia, PA), you may pick your order up in person. The cost of shipping varies depending on the size and weight of the piece and the shipping destination.  If you’d like a shipping quote, send us your zip code, along with an indication of the piece you want shipped. Feel free to email us with any questions about shipping (costs, insurance, etc).
We ship with numerous carriers within the USA depending on the size of the item (pieces too large for these carriers will ship via blanket-wrap freight). Most orders only take us 1 or 2 business days to pack and ship but larger items that require special packaging may take a longer. With the previous statement in mind PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS ITEMS TO BE PACKED & SHIPPED. We take great care in packing your piece. We pack the right way every time. In return for your patience, we assure your order will make it to you safe and secure ready for your enjoyment.

RETURNS

Returns for online orders: We want happy customers. When you receive your purchase, if you are unhappy for any reason, contact us immediately. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We will work with you to resolve the difficulty on a case by case basis. If we cannot resolve the problem, you can return the item to us in its original packaging for a complete refund of the purchase price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your returned order to reach us may vary.

If you are returning an item (or items) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy for Sales in the Warehouse: All sales made in the warehouse and Open House events are FINAL. Please examine all items carefully before purchasing.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for online orders: Since the majority of our products are one of a kind pieces that we do not have duplicates of we cannot offer exchanges. In some select cases, an item may be returned and a product of equal or lesser value may be chosen as a replacement. Refunds will be given for the difference in purchase price.

Exchanges for Sales in the Warehouse: No exchanges or refunds for warehouse purchases.
