A Small Family Business

Barbara
Owner & Co-Founder
Barbara, a graphic designer, is the daughter of renowned ceramic artist, William Daley. As a graduate of Philadelphia College of Art (Now University of the Arts), Barbara experienced a time when its aesthetic roots were tightly woven with the Bauhaus. She began her career working for some of the top design firms in New York City in the 1970s, and she has been honing her problem-solving skills and aesthetic sensibilities for the past 40 years and counting.

George Jr (Drew)
The Glue
George Jr. works as a senior designer at brand consultancy in Philadelphia. He is also a graduate of the University of the Arts and holds graduate degrees from Maryland Institute College of Art and CUNY Hunter College, with an MFA in sculpture. In addition to his skills as an artist and designer, George Jr. has worked as a finish carpenter and art handler in numerous capacities. Growing up inside a family of designers, architects, and artists, George Jr. has been nurturing his design skill and creative intuition from an early age.

George Sr
Co-Founder
George Sr. (1946-2019) dedicated his career to architecture and education. He graduated from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art, where he studied under the mentees of the famed Philadelphia architect, Louis Kahn. George practiced architecture for 40 years and taught drawing, space planning, and design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia as a Professor of Interior Design for 25 years. For the last 20 of those years, he was appointed Thesis Master.
